This home has been completely upgraded. Starting with a fresh coat of paint, new septic in 2022, new roof, new stall shower in master bathroom, brand new shutters around exterior windows, new Trex deck, new front porch, new garage door, new PVC fencing around the whole home which by the way sits on the 3rd hole at golf course. This owner had the four-season room redone completely and added heat and central air due to a lack of bad workmanship when she purchased the home.
